1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or ordering hardware from theslayer.in ("THE SLAYER"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue using this website.
2. 1-Year Official Indian Warranty Guidelines
All electronic gaming hardware (keyboards, mice, headsets, RGB accessories, monitor arms) purchased directly through theslayer.in is covered by a 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty valid throughout India.
- What is Covered: Internal circuit defects, optical sensor malfunctions, PCB failures, double-clicking switch anomalies, and wireless receiver connection dropouts occurring under regular esports/gaming use.
- What is Excluded: Physical damage caused by drops, intentional impacts, unauthorized internal modifications or soldering, cable cuts caused by pets/accidents, or complete water immersion.
- Claim Process: Contact support@theslayer.in with your Order ID. Once verified, our team provides doorstep return pickup and a replacement unit is dispatched within 48 hours of inspection.
3. 7-Day Replacement & Transit Policy
We take pride in bulletproof packaging. If your shipment arrives damaged in transit or defective out of the box, you must report it within 7 days of delivery for a no-cost, instant replacement unit.
Please keep original retail packaging, cables, and included accessories intact for return verification.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Demo Payments
All prices listed on theslayer.in are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of statutory 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
In our development demo phase, payments are simulated in sandbox mode without real debit from banking accounts. Upon full live deployment, all transactions will be securely routed through certified Indian gateways (Razorpay).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
